Jay Lee

Jay Lee is the Chief Financial Officer at Spectrum Vision Partners, a premier industry-leading ophthalmology growth platform headquartered on Long Island in Garden City, New York. In this role, Jay is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of Spectrum Vision Partners and the accounting and financial operations of all its related entities. He also serves as the primary liaison with the company’s Board of Directors, Clinical Governance Board, and senior management regarding its fiscal operations and strategic priorities.

Jay brings years of experience in financial analysis, strategic advisory, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and leveraged finance, both as an operator and an advisor. Prior to joining Spectrum Vision Partners, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance at Enclara Healthcare, where he led its finance team through a transformative phase of the organization, ultimately overseeing the successful sale of the company. Previously, he was a director in the investment banking division at Credit Suisse, sourcing, structuring, and executing M&A and capital markets transactions for a variety of corporate and private equity clients. Jay also has served as a financial consultant to a number of private equity firms and their portfolio companies, advising on optimizing finance processes, preparing for acquisition or sale transactions, and leading other finance-related engagements. He began his career at Accenture where he was a consultant in the firm’s management consulting practice. Jay has a BSE in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
