George Bouderau

George Bouderau is the Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management at Spectrum Vision Partners. An accomplished financial leader with over 20 years of hands-on healthcare experience, his focus is on overseeing the systems, processes, negotiations, and people required to manage the revenue cycle.

Formerly Director of Revenue Cycle for Schweiger Dermatology Group in New York City, one of the largest and fastest growing single-specialty groups in the U.S., George managed revenues in excess of $100 million for 65 practice locations in three states. He also directed the process for acquisition and integration of revenue cycle functions for more than 30 acquisitions over a five-year period, overseeing year-over-year growth of more than 50%. As the Senior Billing Manager for Perkin Elmer Clinical Laboratories, George had end-to-end revenue cycle responsibility and managed the company’s revenue cycle sub-contractor relationships. Prior to that, he was Corporate Vice President of Passaic Healthcare Services, where he was responsible for accounts receivable and billing, IT, human resources, all corporate staff, the call center, customer intake, and insurance verification. George’s previous experience also includes serving as the Corporate Director of Reimbursement and Director of Managed Care Reimbursement for Landauer Metropolitan.

George studied Finance and Accounting, as well as Human Resource Management, at SUNY Old Westbury on Long Island. He also attended New York Downtown Hospital Emergency Care Institute in New York City and Ultrasound Diagnostic School in Carle Place, New York.
