Michael Brown

Vice President of Human Resources


Michael Brown is Vice President of Human Resources at Spectrum Vision Partners. In this role, he is responsible for driving the company’s human resources department, integrating acquisitions, developing process efficiencies, and managing workforce planning.

Michael has years of experience in leading private, public, and private equity-owned firms through periods of accelerated growth, M&A, realignment, and economic downturns. Before joining Spectrum, he was founder of Cambridge Advisors, LLC, where he provided interim HR leadership to companies in transition, as well as project-based services in organizational design, talent management, and process improvement. Prior to that, Michael served as Vice President, Human Resources for Prudential Financial, leading the HR team for the company’s annuities business, overseeing organizational design, talent management, change management, and employee relations. As Vice President, Human Resources at TicketNetwork, he oversaw human resources with a strategic focus on redesigning the HR function, enhancing the company’s benefit programs, and developing top talent.

He began his HR career at United States Surgical Corporation and then served as Group Vice President of Human Resources at Affinion Group, where he was responsible for human resources across the U.S. and served as a leader of an international cross-functional team that assessed employee engagement and redefined the company’s values. He also managed the M&A financial analysis, due diligence, and integration activities for its acquisitions. Michael has a BS degree in business administration¬–human resources from Valparaiso University in Indiana.
